One of the best parts about this safe & effective post-natal workout is having your baby with you at all times. Not only does Kangatraining eliminate the need for childcare, it is interactive & enjoyable for your baby and becomes a bonding experience for your both … all while enhancing your health & fitness!
Special attention is given to education around post-natal physiology; safely restrengthening the abdominal muscles and of course the pelvic floor.
This fun, rhythmically based workout centres around cardiovascular training; enhancing strength and muscle tone; and improving flexibility. With the safety of parents and their babies as my number one priority, strong focus is placed on correct posture/carrying of your baby at all times.
Classes with me will be running along the coastline from Ballina to Tweed – the first due to commence late June/early July. If you do not see a class near you, please get in touch & I will endeavor to find a suitable venue for you in the near future!
